Richard Webb

Mr. Webb has been working in commercial real estate for almost 40 years. He is a licensed commercial real estate broker. He started as a commercial real estate lender and then became Vice President of Real Estate for a private commercial real estate company. His experience is in banking, finance, leasing, property management and acquisition/dispositions. His strengths reside in the confidence and trust he provides his clients and investors. He holds a Degree in Finance from the School of Business at Texas Tech University.

Matthew Price​

Mr. Price has been working in the commercial real estate industry for almost 30 years. Prior to forming Emersons Real Estate, he worked as the CFO for Emersons Commercial Management, overseeing both the financial and operational aspects of the company. He is a Certified Public Accountant and has experience with all facets of commercial real estate transactions. His strengths include business development, financial aspects of commercial real estate and real estate management. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Accounting from the University of North Texas.

Adam Spinn

Within his current position, Adam oversees all investor financial reporting, administers the accounting system and office IT, helps maintain accounting policies and procedures, and supports the operations department as well. Adam holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Information Management, and a master’s degree in Accounting, both from the University of Texas at Dallas, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
